We want you to love your purchase from Team JOI. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@teamjoi.com with your order number. Once your return is received, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the steps above), and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll carefully process it to make sure everything is in good shape. Once confirmed, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method — typically within 10 business days.
Notes: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund on their end.
