Shipping Policy – JOI

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available when you spend $50 or more. 

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Confirmation & Tracking You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Cancellations You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@teamjoi.com.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable in this case).

We currently only ship within the United States.
